The Jim Brand Wines Range

Jim Brand was a deeply passionate Coonawarra winemaker and vigneron who was born into the third generation of an Australian winemaking dynasty. He was passionate, dedicated and extremely talented in a humble and understated way.

In 2005, Jim’s life was tragically cut short, passing away at the age of 52 after a long battle with cancer. Producing the quintessential Coonawarra wines was Jim’s lifelong passion and in tribute the family produced the first vintage of the ‘Silent Partner’ Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2005 vintage.

Today the family continues Jim’s legacy producing a limited range of wines to which he would be proud. His passion spoke much louder than his words, his influence felt long since his time passed.
